Construction manager for approximately 150 PCS sites per BTA. Managed
numerous general contractors from initial site development to system optimization.
Duties included contractor’s administration, pre-qualification of contractors,
coordinating the engineering and architectural disciplines, coordinating power and
T-1 service to the site, zoning and building permits, and land disturbance and
environmental issues. Site builds include- Rawland, Tenant Improvements, Rooftop,
and collocations. Coordinated with the owners of existing towers to ensure that
work was done in accordance with existing specifications. The project also involved
supplying UPS systems W/generator backup for these specific sites.

lines, grounding and surge arrestor installations was performed. Repair service
included the replacement of antennas, transmission lines, heliax connectors,
grounding kits, jumpers, and cadwelds.

As a member of the 1836 Engineering Installation Group; was responsible for the
construction/installation/testing of five hundred communications facilities throughout
Western Europe. Most sites involved the installation/testing of new antenna
systems and microwave dish/waveguide installations/tenant improvement builds.
Outside plant involved installation, splicing, testing of telephone cable ranging from
25-2200 pair, fiber optic cable installation splicing (manual/fusion) and testingunderground/aerial.
